The main character of the night! A special type of BBQ fire pit. The ribs of a cow are skewered on a metal frame called asador and are roasted here, next to a slow-burning fire for 7 hours. All you are going to eat will be made here. Slow-cooked Argentine cow ribs, bife de chorizo (steak), choripan (chorizo), thin cooked pork, french fries and more.
Get ready to make your own special Argentinian sauce, called “Chimichurri” that will put extra flavor to your dishes. You will also sample a selection of locally sourced Argentine wines that will pair perfectly with the meat.
The Tango show will be composed of a small local group that includes a bandoneonist (Argentine Accordion), a pianist and a singer. They will show you a selection of classics from the different periods of Tango including Carlos Gardel, The golden age of the ’40s and Astor Piazzolla. Also, we have a couple of dancers who will demonstrate the danceable classics of the Buenos Aires milongas, bringing sympathy, sensuality and culture.
